Instructions:
1. Prepare Wraps:
Lay one coconut wrap flat on a clean surface or cutting board. Spread 2 Tbsp (~32 g) hummus and 1 1/2 Tbsp (~22 g) green curry paste on the end of the wrap closest to you.
2. Add Fillings:
Layer with shredded carrots, fresh cilantro, sliced bell pepper, chopped kale, and avocado slices.
3. Roll and Secure:
Roll the wrap tightly away from you and place it seamside down on a serving platter. Repeat the process with the remaining coconut wraps until all five are prepared (or as many as desired).
4. Serve Fresh:
These wraps taste best when served fresh.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 day. Note that these wraps are not freezerfriendly.
