2 medium ripe bananas (peeled, sliced, and frozen in advance): Adds natural sweetness and creaminess.
3 Tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder: We recommend Tropeaka or Nuzest for added nutrition.
1/4 – 1/2 cup dairyfree milk: Use DIY coconut milk or any preferred plantbased milk for creaminess.

Toppings (Optional):

Hemp seeds: For a boost of omega3s and protein.
Granola: Adds a satisfying crunch.
Coconut flakes: Brings a tropical touch.
Fresh fruit: Use your favorite seasonal fruits.

 

Instructions:

1. Blend the Smoothie:

Add frozen dragon fruit, frozen raspberries, bananas, protein powder, and the smaller amount of dairyfree milk to a highspeed blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. For a thick smoothie bowl consistency, blend slowly, add liquid only as needed, and use a blendersafe smoothie wand or spatula to scrape down the sides during blending.

2. Adjust the Flavor:

Taste and adjust as necessary. Add more banana for extra sweetness, dairyfree milk for a creamier texture, or raspberries for a tangy berry boost.

3. Serve and Garnish:

Divide the smoothie into serving bowls. Enjoy as is or top with optional toppings like fresh fruit, granola, hemp seeds, or coconut flakes for added flavor and texture.

4. Storage:
